Hobby Plan Pricing per GB of Memory
Hi, I wanted to seek some clarification on as to how Railway bills for the hobby plan, as the description says, 8GB of RAM is included per service, how does this work out billing wise? Because when looking at my usage for the month, most of the costs are due to memory usage. Have I gone over 8GB of memory usage? Or is that a hard cap, like running out of memory in a computer and you just bill per gig? Just figured I'd ask sine I don't completely understand how my usage works out billing wise.

you are correct, its a hard cap per service, then you are only billed for what you use

just for extra clarification, you only get billed for usage after you go past the hard cap?
you get billed for any usage, but there is $5 of included usage.
railway would go broke extremely fast if they only started charging after 8gb of memory was used.
oh i see, i understand now, thanks
