Alas no claims being shown

Is there something i am missing? Why would it show while being denied?
As mentioned in this notice, if you have any objections to the claim results, you may contact the customer service. The second screenshot shows the claim records for an account recovery (for lost or stolen account) that you submit by using the Help option, not when you use the File Claim option. Regarding your account suspension, please refer to my previous response: https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1222272213156106291/1222396355440283748.
