Question about billing (Hobby Plan)
I wanted to ask why I was billed $ 5.00 for hobby plan even tho I already paid it when I first bought the plan. I think I didn't quite understand the billing plan. If I understand it right I only have to pay the hobby plan fees the first time and then I only pay what I use.
Can someone clarify?

its a monthly recurring fee
which means I have to pay $ 5.00 per month + resource usage?
I'm kind of confused because I paid only resource usage the month before
its 5$ a month for the subscription and it comes with 5$ that can be used towards resources
this confuses me tho why did I pay only $ 1.80 only then?

$5 + any resource usage above $5 (since the plan comes with $5 of included usage)
