How to make a vertical menu like Storyblok

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to create a vertical menu like the one in the image from Storyblok. The UVerticalNavigation component almost seems perfect for this, but I do not see a way to 'define' sections like 'General', 'Configuration' etc. Any ideas?
