hobby plan monthly charges are not clear

I started a ticket and now it's archived but I am not satisfied with this
On 26 February I started using railway and added 10$ prepaid credit and in 30 days used 5.5$ resources so I used the hobby plan free resources of 5$ and remaining only 0.5$ extra which should be deducted from my remaining prepaid credit of 5$ (5 $ deducted on 26 February as upfront payment when started hobby plan so from 10$ remain is 5$ ),
Support kindly clear me where is my remaining 4.5$ and dear Brody and Adam I don't want to discuss with you guys made the ticket more complicated in understanding that's why I received such response from team which is about something other , idk

20 days ago I started using railway with prepaid top-up plan and did top-up of 10$ and used 5$ but railway stopped all my Services

As here clearly return those 5$ can be used for monthly usage

and thats exactly what has happened
This is what I'm confused about as well.
The user used 5.5$ of free+paid credits, which makes complete sense.
On subscription refresh, their account was deducted 4.5$ of credits and their card was not charged, their account was reverted to trial plan.
What happened to the 4.5$?
It seems to have been put towards the subscription fee, but that subscription fee was not fully paid, so their account was reverted to trial.
If you have the answer, please tell me. I haven't seen a well articulated answer from anyone here
Like as pr current cycle I started yesterday made a upfront payment of 5$ now new bill will be auto deducted via my card right ? Let's assume I will use estimated amount what amount it will charge @Brody
