recall rebate event not available
The recall rebate event is missing from my game account and I had recalled 6 players after purchasing 60 UC but in the recate it only counted 4 and the next day the [Recall Rebate] event was not available in my game account this is my UID 5456626784

For this event recall id must be off for 28 days. Might 2 accounts was inactive less than 28 days.
It was resolved I just deleted the game and reinstalled It
