installing tectonic with iris + dh 2.0 beta

I have the game fully up and running with iris + dh 2.0 using fabric 1.20.4, I followed the guide by TroubleChute using the iris universal jar. My only problem now is trying to get tectonic world gen mod to work with it, I found the latest version compatible with fabric 1.20.2-4 and put it into mods folder to no avail. I also downloaded the fabric api 1.20.4 jar and put it in the mods folder as well since a lot of different mods were instructing to do so, and it still does nothing. I also tried installing a mod menu that is compatible with fabric 1.20.4 and still nothing. attached is a screenshot of my mods folder and a screenshot of the installation in the minecraft launcher
