how to speed up block loading in chunky?
I have blocks in a 2000 by 2000 radius that will take 3 hours to load, how do I speed that up?

C2ME + Noisium may help. Those 2 combo seem to partially help with Distant Horizons chunk generation.
Down to less than an hour? That's a sizeable improvement.
no, It's been an hour since I launched.)
Oh, I see...
When I downloaded c2me almost nothing changed
I'm gonna try to download noisium
If C2ME doesn't see noticeable improvements, it means Chunky by itself is probably already multithreaded.
is it possible to make this transition more beautiful?
That's a pretty large render distance you have. Anyways, so far, all I see is that shaders developers need to implement the function in order to get a smooth enough transition between real chunks and fake chunks.
and the last question! we want to play with a friend on the network, through the local network, how to make it so that he had everything like me?
Gonna have to leave that for James to answer.
you can generate the lod on singleplayer if you have access to the server save file
/lodstored
Single Player:
- Overworld:
.minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- Nether: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIM-1/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- End: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIM1/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- Custom Dimensions: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIMENSION_FOLDER/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
Multiplayer:
- .minecraft/Distant_Horizons_server_data/SERVER_NAME/
then copy sqlite file and share em with your friends
im not sure about LAN instance tho, if where dh/mc would save the world file
Is it necessary to download nvidium for better performance?
no, nvidium isn't even compatible with DH afaik
nvidium is also a mod for greater render distance, but it takes a different, nvidia exclusive, approach to it
It is compatible

Its not necessary, but does help a lot
But only if you have an nvidia 16 series GPU or better
