My Overlay Won't Load. [Solved]
I've been using Overlay Expert for months without issue, but lately I cannot open my Overlay 'Cloudy Dreams', which is the Overlay I usually use while streaming. It shows a blank canvas here. The Overlay still works just fine while I'm streaming, but I haven't been able to make any edits, and I would like to replace my old assets on the overlay with the new ones I made.
I'm guessing this is a fairly new bug, or something is wrong on my end, but when I tried to use the Contact Support button, the Overlay Expert website gave me an error, then promptly crashed...
All in all, I'm a little frustrated but I trust I'll be able to find some help here :)

have you tried to log out of overlay expert and back in again?
I have, I thought it might be my WiFi for a bit, so I tried to turn that off and on, and restarted my PC, nothing would work. :(
Oddly enough, I was able to edit it on my phone, but still, opening it on PC won't work.

If you can edit on your phone but not on your PC, it might be something to do with your browser settings or security. What browser are you using? Try disabling extensions and incognito/private browsing.
I'm using the same acc on Chrome on both my phone and PC.
I'm also not on incognito.
Can you try incognito?

Yep something is up with your browser settings or maybe you have an Chrome extension that’s interfering
I haven't changed my settings or added any new extensions in ages... So now I'm really confused. I'll go through later on to see if there's anything I can change.
Any suggestions?
Try clearing the site's data by going to
chrome://settings/content/siteDetails?site=https%3A%2F%2Foverlay.expert and under Usage, click on Delete data. Log in and try again. Let me know how it goes.
