How to style this bomber jacket, and how to dress in layers in a sunny area
I was looking at the L2-B model of jacket from alpha industries since I love bomber jackets, but they also have a shirt sleeve version.
I like bombers for the oversize fit and the long sleeves, but I can't wear them much anymore outside of cold days or nighttime because I live in California, in the summer it's never cold.
So Ive looked for alternatives like this one and the cotton L2-B
So first what do you think about the shirt sleeve version
How do you dress in layers in hot places
And also any other suggestions for a guy who wants to wear a bomber but lives in a mild weather area?

I wear mostly streetwear and minimal styles. I used to hate the nylon look of the MA-1 bombers but it's grown on me and I'm concerned a fabric bomber just don't have the silhouette I like

Gonna be real ghe short sleeve doesn't look good, can't help re summer bombers
i think we when find things that we like, it's our tendency to wish that we could wear it all year round. but for many pieces, that's just not the case.
unfortunately it's going to be pretty hard to layer a bomber in summer, or layer in general, depending on where you live.
if you really want to try and layer the long sleeve maybe try a breathable longsleeve I've done that with this south2 west8 zipped shirt in like 70°F weather. Idk how well that'll work though since I'm assuming that's a good bit heavier
