Lost LOD's

Hello - I have been using Distant horizons on a server that I own for a while now and have generated about 5k x 5k blocks. I messed with the multiverse required simularity setting, and now my DH chunks are gone. I am not sure how the file formatting works exactly. Just curious how I can save these LODS, as I have all of the files in the folder in the image attatched. RESOLVED
