Fancy as it sounds, the game is now to about green. Surprised to see green website and quantifying their webpage size/speed with grams of carbon emission. Maybe we can see Green Software Engineer role soon.....

not yet i suppose. adding more green veggies in my diet from now.
I burn a lot of power with the systems I build now. Lowest power per process is what seems to be targeting. Maybe people will start claiming they're green SW engineers once they start measuring this and competing with each other with mW or uW number haha.
Leetcode may add a new test case on power consumed value as well 😉
