AV1 Encoded YouTube Stream Randomly Dropping Bitrate & Requiring Restart
Hello, I am having issues trying to stream AV1 to YouTube with my dedicated streaming PC. I multistream to YouTube and Twitch. YouTube gets 11Mbps using AV1 encode. Twitch gets 6Mbps using HEVC encode and is run through the Multi RTMP plugin. I get a reliable 22-25Mbps upload from my ISP, so not maxing out bandwidth. Also, prior to trying to use AV1 on my new 4070Ti, the stream was fine using HEVC or H.264. To bring the YT stream back, I can usually restart it in OBS, but sometimes this crashes OBS.
CPU: 13900K
GPU: RTX 4070 Ti
RAM: 48GB
OBS Version: 30.1
Plugins Installed: Multi RTMP, Aitum Vertical

Having the same issue and would love some insight on the problem.
It's a confirmed issue and will be fixed in next obs update
