Wizard header layout

I thought I saw a fix for this mentioned recently but hell if I can find it now... I've got a wizard with five steps and the header is running off the end of the page on smaller media sizes. Is there a way to either (a) constrain it to the width or (b) allow html in the label so I can wrap insert a break tag on those smaller screen sizes? I've tried the second option but all I got was rendered html in the label.
