morjas shoes
Currently looking for some brown leather derbies and this brand came up. Does anyone here have experience with them and simmilarly does anyone know of any alternatives which can be bought in Europe ideally for the same or a lower price

They have a pretty good reputation. I've been eyeing some of their belts. Meermin has pretty similar shoe styles.
Morjas is solid

Bobbies Paris makes some nice looking and affordable derby shoes!
You can get them on sale for at around 150-170€.
I liked the look what are they like quality wise
I‘d say good to very good value for money!
i think they have also really nailed their styling; love the chunky(ish) loafers and derbys
especially at sales prices they are really attractive
that is cool to hear I liked their styles but quality is difficult when it comes to shoes
They’re not amazing or anything but I think their designs are worth the trade off
yeah; essentially it depends on what leather they use; I’d probably say they are similar in quality to Solovair (and maybe Paraboot).
Yeah I'm not expecting anything crazy but maybe better than the doc martens I had
Are those two comperable in quality?
definitely comparable to Solovair, perhaps even better as Solovair has had considerable qc issues lately
The leather quality is definitely the struggle
Makes sense feels like that would be the biggest issue with anything more budget

I quiet like these styles
and they are blake stiched which is good as far as I know
construction methods don't really matter tbh
I think the Terrence Brownie ones might not age that well; the leather looks quite polished and/ or a ‘heavy finish’
I’m quite fond of the suede leather they offer
Right but being able to resole is nice
I would also be open to paying more are there any brands that do this sort of style with a bit higher quality
Unsure if/when they'll restock but Lof & Tung are always v good

Löf & Tung Plain Toe Blucher "Gessi" in Mahogany Country Calf. The only PTB you'll ever need? Goodyear welted.
I'm also liking norwegian split toes without the splits atm if that makes sense
Like Indy type shoes?
yeah
or like the chambord
löf&tung looks nice but their selection seems very focused on the made to order bit which is kinda pricy
