Why I can’t level it up I puted 40 structures and 8 story and 30 furnitures that is what it asked and I have enough coins so why I can’t level it up

Upgrading your Home Land to 4 required prosperity of 200 or above.
Prosperity depends on things you add on your home. Walls, floor, furniture, materials etc. In editor mode and the shop, it shows how much each item adds.
