LOD's have weird white/black blocks in them.
My guess is the modded blocks don't get converted into LOD's properly, the wheat-like grass is from Biomes-o-plenty.

seed and location doesn't really matter since this problem exists everywhere for me, biomes o plenty is 18.0.0.598, and DH is 2.0.1-a-

Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
I'm not testing entire pack, If it was jsut BOP it would be fine
alright i'm doing the binary, will update
the issue for me was the mod "connected textures" i just turned the settigns off then voila. no more black and white dots.
