Dont know if there is a configuration error on my part, but the clouds seem to be bugging out a bit till i enable Clouds as fog even then.

Besides changing the "Clouds as fog" setting, these are default configs for the shader?
Outdated shader pack. Grab the latest update in #Bliss.
Also, since you're playing with Distant Horizons, feel free to report shaders related bugs into #dh-shader-testing.
