DH LOD Chunk Issue
So when i spawn in my world, the LOD chunks load great, with the quality slowly declining towards the farther ones. However, when i travel out to those lower quality LOD chunks, they dont improve in quality unless i restart the DH generation (leave and rejoin). Is there anyway the LOD chunks can improve in quality the closer you get and decrease the farther away you get?

You guys don't have an issue with this? LOD chunks improve and decrease in quality in accordance with your distance from them?

Any idea why it wouldn't be working like that? Like as you move around the map?
If you have a full quality from the start of the chunk all the way to maybe 512 chunks away, your GPU will cry.

The quality of the LOD chunks decreases with distance for me just fine, but doesn't change if i move to a different spot on the map. The quality stays the same as from the original position DH loaded in.

Ok, i can try, many of those are very small mods tho
like use bare minimum. whatever the like 5 required mods are
right, but there might be a weird overlap somewhere that is causing the issue
However, the theory here probably comes down to DH not fully generating the entire lod structure for a full range of quality per lod chunks, maybe you traveled too fast and made DH struggles to keep up with rendering the higher quality version of its lods.
I generated the chunks all manually as well as using chunky
I mean, there's a reason people waited for hours on end to get the lod chunks loaded fully.

Best course of action, if you do need chunks to load, is to accelerate the chunk loading so that DH can just start on generating lod chunks instead of having to need to generate actual chunks before it can do anything.
What do you mean by accelerating the chunk loading?
Pre generate chunks by using something like Chunky and/or C2ME.

150 right now, a have around 300 render distance chunks loaded via chunky tho
If you want i can show you some screenshots of the issue
150 is pretty small, but that's roughly around 25 to 30 minutes worth of waiting needed to fully generate all those lods.
Yeah using chunky I loaded 300. It took 2+ hours
Original place i spawned in (vanila render of 6, Lod of 150):

LOD chunks just outside vanilla render distance, 1000 blocks away from spawnpoint and origin of DH bootup. Fabric 1.20.4 version, no iris
As you can see they are near half a chunk lods

This definitely have something to do with DH loading. May want to report this over their Discord server.
