Please refer to the following information:
1. Launched before 2024/5/13 at 00:00 (UTC+0). If you logged into the game during the past anniversary period, you can directly obtain the related anniversary collectible.
2. Friends who have obtained this collectible can help unlock it for friends.
3. You can directly purchase the right to unlock the collectible in the themed Event Shop.
You can tap on the ''Items'' option near the backpack in your profile to check the unlocked collectibles and select the collectible of your choice for display on your profile.
Gifting Rules:
1. After claiming a collectible, you can help online friends unlock that collectible up to 3 times.
2. Your friend will receive an in-game mail after you help them unlock a collectible, which is also accessible from the collection page.
You need to meet the following requirements to be able to automatically unlock one or more collectibles:

I think that was July last year so it means you've never done an anniversary event?
Anniversary are around March for perspective
Obv you've done the events or else you wouldn't have had 2 and 3
So I'm guessing u meant started playing again

Cuz u weren't there for 2019, 2022 and 2023 event
Anniversary events take place every year and each year u get an award. So u played during March of 2020 and 2021 which is the second (2) and third (3) anniversary
That's why u have the award
