Account falsely banned
My account was falsely banned around 5 months ago, it was for the reason 'multiple accounts' but i never created multiple accounts (until now, to access this forum). I thought it was a temporary ban but i never got unbanned, so here i am now. I've read the rules and i see i cannot appeal bans here, but where else do i appeal my ban?

would you have a problem creating a new account and using it, if it was allowed?
no, but why can't i get my main account unbanned and use it?
you likely could but creating a new account is faster since it's the weekend
i have no issues in waiting for some days or weeks
so on account of the ban being false (you are telling the truth)
if you create a new hobby account, you will be fine, since that requires payment
i've waited 5 months
okay then if you would prefer your original account back, I can ask next week, please send the email address associated with the original railway account
