help me remove the ban in metro Royale on the main account, which has been banned for a year for no reason at one time there was a wave of bans and the ban was issued just like that id-51380988719

Please contact the customer service through the Account settings of the game and use the Contact Customer Service option. Please select the appropriate issue category, details regarding your issue.
I fired back but without response
You may try to navigate to Service Record in the customer service menu. You should be able to find your submitted ticket there and should receive a response there.
I say it's useless, there is no response or de-action on the part of the developers
If you've already submitted your ticket, you can expect a response within 72 hours. Please be patient!
