wakes needed mod yacl for its dependency, which you don't have. Search up yacl and install it.

yacl stands for YetAnotherConfigLib, which you have and installed with the correct version even. However, the dependency resolving causes a cascade of errors in the logs.You may want to update the mod to this version instead. From the downloads page in Modrinth, version 2.2.0 is made for 1.19.3, without any mention for version 1.19.4.

Most likely, yes. Zoomify and a few other popular mods use the ImageRenderer API directly, these mods will need updating, and will fail to load the images or even crash if they are not updated.
