Yes , i did and im waiting still , he is just logging everytime i join game ! , also he send claim for account backup like he is the owner , but when i logged in through facebook i already sent 2 reports! , how much time it will take please to answer from pubg customer

If your claim is approved, all the previously linked social media accounts will be removed from your PUBG MOBILE account and only the e-mail you provided while submitting the account recovery request will be linked to your account, @SPEED. You will need to use that e-mail through the Phone/Email login option using the verification code to log into your PUBG MOBILE account.
