No, it is the device you have been using to access your PUBG MOBILE account.
I donāt have it anymore cuz it got damaged and bought an ipad few days ago
So i have no chance of recovery?
You can try submitting a claim via the in-game customer service.

Just quick question ..i can access to a phone where i login my pubg account 2 3times back then. Would there be difference rather than putting claim from a new device in which I havenāt logged yet?
