What is the error text?
Hi @Erisa | Support Engineer Pleas check it once.. I shared the complete Screen shot.
Do you have unpaid invoices?
We cleared it, we are clean - no unpaid due
We paid some due and then we tried to upgrade it - as it went to Free plan
In that case could you create a Billing ticket and request that your account be unlocked?

Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community.
Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.

We raised the ticket as well
They said account is unlocked
Still we're getting this message
Whats the ticket number? Did you respond on the ticket saying that it's not? You can respond to solved tickets and they will reopen

Our tiket is open, and no response from past 10hrs ... Please help us
I'm not in Billing so I can't help you directly, but I can see that its open and assigned so you should get a response as soon as they are able to
It's been 10+hrs, If you can do something please help us.. Thank you.
