Stolen account can't recover it
I lost my device about a while ago last November, and shortly after that the thief changed all my data in PUBG and other games, and I did not know that there was a way to recover the account.
My problem now
When I answer the questions about the account recovery form that my friend showed me just a week ago
The answer from system is that the device from which you answered the questions is not the usual account
I have all the previous data and even UC invoices, but the problem now, after emailing support as well, is that I am answering questions from an unusual device.
Well, because my usual device was stolen, what is the solution?
Isn't all correct data enough?
