I have an pubg account which got scammed I have invested a lot of time and money into building the account : but pubg is keep rejecting the application even though all information is accurate

Also please make sure to include:
- screenshot of your in-game customer service submission
- screenshot of the in-game customer service response (or lack thereof)
- numeric user identification
- brief description
