X looks great, Y like ****

Hey guys, trying to fix my input shaping right now. X looks good I think, but Y is another story. I tried tightening and loosening the belts one at a time, made sure everything is aligned and alls screws are tightended down. Im out of Ideas, maybe you guys can help me with my Y graph.
