Recovering a lost acount

I lost a pubgm account which i put my blood sweat and tear into. the reason why i lost is because i broke the phone and it was registered in a facebook which i also lost. how can i gain my account back?

But i have no proof to prove that it was my account the facebook i lost bc i cant remember how i signed up
