aight so i've got iris on distant horizons, and i cannot even run shaders, im getting like 10fps xd

BTW you have Nvidia gpu and so you can use nvidium
Nvidium can give you a ton of fps while getting you insane render distance

Bec ur allocating 16 GB to mc which will cause so many lagspikes u should at least allocate 4 to 6 GB
And install some optimization mods too
that's also false
it will cause lag spikes
but they're not gonna be so frequent that you're always at 10fps
having the same problem, getting like 40 fps at most
