If I have the hobby plan with 5gb volume mongo, because it increases the mb, although they are few, but I have not inserted even 1000 records and I already have 170mb, is this normal?

yep that sounds very normal to me
Deleted records still taking up memory?
I would have a maximum of 12k records, why are they deleted monthly, would this cause problems for my 5GB?
the ext4 filesystem itself would show as 140mb, so 170 is absolutely nothing to worry about
if you need a bigger volume you would need to upgrade to pro
