Google play is haven't updated ,they get the apk from leak from pubg
Google play is out for some players/ regions
Not all countries/ devices gets the update in the same time

They get the official apk and it don't come from Play store
The play store version have apk and obb
I know what you’re talking about, he could have gotten the apk from unknown sources and this is violating and he may get banned
The apk must have gotten released somewhere for it to be available on unauthorized 3rd party stores
