intro: guy is obviously cheating, AIMBOT+X-ray but investigation TEAM decided that he is legit? how??? who is watching this videos? total blindfolded ones? or cheaters has power over investigation team on conclusion of verdict???

@Moderator hope this info is enough to find this enemy and shut him down already,,, also consider to find those "investigators" who never watch the videos till the end and false concluded that he is legit good player... 70% of them, when only 20% watched it till the end...

can't say i'm suffering but it's frustrating to see such an obvious violation and mistake only done because video was not checked from start to end, at begining he was not cheating but started after half to end of the match so thats why you need to watch it till the end.
