Under extrusion at regular intervals

Hello guys, I'm having what seems to be under extrusion at regular intervals. I tried with different materials but I got the same results.

I was having this yesterday but more dramatic (https://discordapp.com/channels/582187371529764864/1216712065943867392) - couldn't figure it out for ages but realised it was synced at once per rotation of the the extruder. Turned out to be I just needed to crank the screw down on my orbiter. I had already tightened it really hard with the thumb screw but there is a hex head too so gave that a couple turns and it fixed it so could be worth a try

I've been thinking about this problem, it looks like the grub screw is too long and rubbing against the other pulley. I'll try filing it down a bit. Maybe it is a production problem.

Thanks for your help, it was from the grub screw. It wasn't on the flat surface of the motor.

Good thinking! I will check mine as it does seem like there is much more pressure needed than there should be Glad you figured it out
