Drag and Drop with NestedSet

I need to advice from all of you about the dnd with nestedset. I tried to building estimation section for agency, my question is lets say in ss I provided we have a user module so as a child it can be, and also child can be one more child and that thing crossover be filled with input estimation time, finally that thing must be drag and drop with that nestset's. How can i implement this? Any advice will be appricated. Thanks.
