Need Advice - Building a Tabular Form

I'm currently diving into Laravel and exploring Filament for a question paper generator project. While navigating through this, I've stumbled upon a challenge: implementing a tabular form that should look like the figure below.

In this scenario, QB1, QB2 represent selected question banks (related to a subject), while Topic 1, Topic 2, etc., denote the various topics within that subject. The goal is to have numeric input fields in the table, allowing users to specify the number of questions to be selected.
As a beginner in this field, I'm curious to know what potential difficulties I might encounter while implementing this task. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
