My database just disappeared? I pay for the $5 plan? Where did it go? Can it be restored? Please let me know [email protected]

was it a legacy database?
not sure what that means. it was maybe 1-1.5 years old
then yes it was deleted, there would have been numerous notifications about the legacy databases being deprecated over the past few months, did you happen to catch any of them?
No, I didn't. Can it be restored? Is my data just gone now?
I will bring this thread up to the team and they will send you an archive of the database, you would then need to deploy a new database and restore it from the archive file you will be given
That will be fine. Will they be able to provide instructions on how to do it? Im not really familiar with this
