Missing Logs
This issue of log lines missing has been around for some time for us but here lately has become more frequent. We are missing actions in our activity log that CRCON is picking up, it has caused some issues with Tickets and investigations. Is there a solution we can do or bug?
Attached is one example of what we are seeing more often from the CRCON log and the BM Log compared.

Just came across a different example that is not related to an auto kick/ban
That Message one, if done via anther tool won't pick up correctly in bm (say if it's from SquadJS etc.
As that is just squad pushing commands over RCON.
There have been issues for some time now where BM collapses simultaneous (team)kills when refreshing the page. If they're streamed in from the WS connection they show fine.
On the live feed, yes, i have seen some decrepensies, but it always logs in the activity & player logs.

I made a post about it in here a while ago, can't find it since I'm on mobile.
Yeah, I've seen where the live log will miss a few things or double up but when looking at a player the missing items would show. Not in this case, the lines are missing from all locations in BM.

This seems to be getting worse lately, missing messages now.
Just the latest example, happens alot now. Also, what is noticeable some time is if you are watching the log and a line a TK's comes through you can see them pop up on the log then disappear from the log (in BM). So BM is getting the data and doing something with it
Yeah that'll be this issue ^
What about chat messages that show up when viewing the player but is not on the main log feed, feels like a diffrent issue.
Its not just team/kills
The BM side of the database is overrighting some of the log lines, where there was a message or other it is replaced with the line before or after showing doubled up lines in the log

Is there a plan to fix these issues, they are starting to make BM very unreliable.
This is still an issue on BM, not an RCON issue.

I too get this issue with HLL, especially the ‘doubling up’ of information regularly.
@Hordicus when I reported this issue last time you told me the data is there but doesn’t show based on certain screens. Maybe this isn’t the case and it’s something diff.
It has got to do with the log viewer, when I see doubling up of lines, I know its covering up other lines. I have to go to CRCON to view them.
There are two different issues reported in this thread. The very first item in this post has already been fixed a while ago.
The issue reported by @[FFE] xGROMx on the 11th is something different entirely.
We need more information in order to know what's going on.
1) Is this only happening on HLL
2) On what page(s)
3) Can you provide examples with playerIDs and Activity message IDs. The more specific the better.
@Hordicus This issue has never been resolved. Still getting the same missing logs and duplicates where those logs would of been shown. With BM open on the left screen, you can somtimes even see the log popup and then disapear to be replaced with a duplicate of the one above it. When you go into CRCON to see the raw logs you can see multiple were missing. Some time even go into the player and see some of the log lines on that page but not on the main page.
It might be easier to explain in a VC session, seems we are not on the same page, and we are not the only ones with this issue.
Our server hasn't really been filled up recently so I can't really confirm nor deny any issues still exist, but I remember this one has been longstanding and from what I've heard from others still very much exists
