Please converse in English language in the server, @BiroStreet .You may check regional communities through https://pubgmobile.live/regions for other languages.
You can speak to anyone, including enemies by switching your mic (located left to mini-map) to All. You will also need to switch your speaker to "All" in order to hear nearby enemies.
However, the other person can hear you only if he/she has switched her speaker to All.
