load data in a repeater
In a form I need the repeater to load with all the names of the employee table, I don't need to add item by item, since the list of employees should appear and modify only the note field and then create.

Why dont you use relation manager with editable column? when you create a new parent model, you attach all the user to the newly created parent, and show them in the relation manager?
