Am trying to change the number because i dont even have that phone number either and I can’t do that either
You may contact the customer service through in-game through the main menu using the Customer Service option located in the Account settings of the game or through the login menu using the Help option located at the right side of the screen, @Fenix Gaming™.

Hello, @Fenix Gaming™! If you are not able to change your linked phone number, you will first need to make sure that you meet all the requirements mentioned in my screenshot. If you do not meet one of the requirements, please make sure to fulfill that requirement first along with other requirements.
However, if you require further assistance with this, you will need to reach out to the in-game customer service. As you have already contacted them, please refer to their response as they have mentioned that your previous request is under review and may take some to process. Please note that we unfortunately may not be able to help you any further through the community.

Your current device is not able to pass the security check. Please refer to the in-game notification. You should meet all the requirements first. The aforementioned requirements are for changing linked e-mail or phone number. The below requirements are for unlinking social media accounts. As mentioned previously, please continue with the in-game customer service and refer to their response.

You need to mention the numeric user identification of your PUBG MOBILE account that you used to contact the customer service. You can find the numeric user identification in your profile along with your username.
