What should i do to create projects with ASP.NET forms in Linux system(Fedora)?

There's no such thing
Do you mean Winforms, the Windows-only UI framework?
Or Webforms, the deprecated Windows-only web framework for the deprecated Windows-only versions of .NET Framework?
