Question about old banned account
In that image, this is my old account, and I believe it's my first account that I made. That account was banned in Season 8 - 2019 for an unknown reason. I never exploited anything in that game, such as bugs, cheats, or teaming, until my last game. I recall teaming up in solo with someone, and after about a minute, I was banned. I was using PrimeOS as my emulator, which was detected as an emulator for PUBG. Every year, I request to unban this account, and yes, maybe I missed some years without doing that, but I always remember it and wonder why it's banned for 10 years, even if the reason is teaming. We didn't even kill anyone; we were just talking because he was in the same clan as me, and we met in a random game. All I want to know is the real reason for the ban and if there's any chance to recover the account. It's the first time I've been banned on it, on 2019-08-04. I miss my friends there, and I have no contact information about them, so if an unban is not possible, can I at least have the account data, including my friends' IDs? Thanks, by the way.

It’s not allowed to use 3rd party softwares i.e emulators other than gameloop, so that’s the most obvious reason.
I've played for a long duration using that emulator, and many YouTubers talked about it because it's designed for low-end devices. I couldn't run the old Tencent emulator (Tencent Gaming Buddy). However, I still can't understand why there's no other chance for something like that. It doesn't even have any features like cheating or useful things that help me in the game. It was the same as the TGB emulator.
Well, it doesn’t matter if it’s long duration or short, it also doesn’t matter what YouTubers says (most of them doesn’t even know the TOS) You have already tried appealing your ban and it’s rejected so i don’t really think there is anything you can do anymore.
Regarding the information of id’s you may try contacting customer support but that’s highly unlikely possible due to security/ privacy reasons.
There's no way to talk with them in the game i think, I've tried, whatever you say is unlikely possible due to security, but this account linked with my Facebook so idk..
It's strange that in 2024 there are still no opportunities for old banned accounts, especially considering that 50% or more of them were likely banned wrongly or aren't worth the effort.
You may try deleting your PUBGM account through https://www.pubgmobile.com/datasubject/ request data deletion, once it’s deleted you will be able to make a new account and see your facebook friends.
That's not a good point, friends that i want are not in my fb profile
And doing that will cause an account loss, who knows maybe someday it will come back, 2029 😃
PUBGM have zero tolerance policy, Once an account is found in violation of the TOS it will be banned. Your information regarding 50% of the accounts banned are wrongfully banned is not correct and not based on evidence or an official statement.
