You will only be able to start creating maps if your WOW Creator application gets approved. Your application results will be sent to your in-game mailbox within 30 business days.:BE_spin_star:

You will definitely get the result as soon as possible, but the 30-day period depends on the number of requests they have to review.
If you didn't receive anything within 30 business days, it is safe to say that your application isn't approved. You can reapply again once you receive the rejection mail in-game.
