URGENT HELP NEEDED - Unable to upgrade the plan
Why is the tool so buggy? We rely on its business-critical functions, but its service is very poor. Our plan got canceled or expired, and we can't renew it anymore. We raised a support request, but it was closed. We need urgent help. What should we do?

You need to open a billing ticket via dashboard. Community is unable to help with billing issues.

Did you raise under support or billing? They are different teams
What is the ticket number?
When tickets are "closed" or "solved" you can always reopen them with a reply, which is typically a good idea unless the closing message was sending it to a different team (e.g. T&S)
