ok so I chatted some with others on PUBG chat and it might be a third app alert, actually I have one on my phone but it's INSIDE PHONE SYSTEM not some installed and... cannot delete it. it's like I would want to delete android.
Country: Europe
Device; Android 11 Motorola g72
Region: Poland
its called GameTime
so I have to force delete it from phone files or buy new phone to play PUBG or...? maybe someone help me avoid this messamge appearing?
some new info: I found on app Moto I can take off GameTime and this messamge keep appearing when I launch pubg
@Tencent
I think the game doesn't have the storage permissions
hmmm I'll reinstall and give all permissions this time
1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Scroll down and select "Apps" or "Applications".
3. Find and tap on "PUBG Mobile" from the list of installed apps.
4. In the app settings, look for "Permissions" or "App permissions".
5. Tap on "Storage" or "Storage permission".
6. Toggle the switch to enable storage permission for PUBG Mobile.
ok actually that's wierd
I reinstalled and give permission to gallery to storage to notifications and then this pop up again

Hello, @RafaelSnipers! What is the device you are using?
Motorola G72 Android 13
Follow the moderator instructions so
Got it! To begin with, please check if you have the developer options enabled for your device and disable the developer options. Also, make sure that you have enough internal storage left in the device. Then, clear game data (this will clear all game data including all maps and resource files). After that, please reset the app preferences and network settings of the device through device Settings > System > Reset options > Reset app preferences/Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth. After that, restart your device and try to open the game again.
If the issue still persists, you may need to do factory reset of the device settings, as this is the step that helped this user to resolve the issue: https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1208695243248115722/1211800338202361896.
oh so factory reset... gotta try
Thank you so much @Quendi 😍 everything works now😁
Glad to hear that and you're welcome, @RafaelSnipers!
