Lost 2FA and have not logged in to Cloudflare recently so it doesn't recognise any of my devices
Hi I need help to login to my account. I lost my 2FA as i changed my phone, and the last time i logged in was probably a year ago when i renewed my domain. i'm trying to log in again to do the same thing. i tried to submit a support ticket and got an error message that an unknown error occured. so i'm stuck. i can't log into my account. how can i get help?

i know the email and have 2FA issues. I did get to that site, and after i submitted my info (twice), it just said unknown error occured.
yes that is where i got the error
and all other ways of contacting support require user to login to the account first 🤦♀️
Yea, you used to be able to email into support but they disabled that.
That's weird though, you tried double checking your input/a different browser I assume? If you were comfortable with dev tools I would also look at the request to see what error it is returning, if not no worries. One of those things which is hard to double check

Actually I don't need the HAR file anymore, we are investigating regardless as I was able to reproduce
