I can unlink my banned account?
I, need to relink my social media account to other character.

It is unfortunately not possible, @qasiem.. To be able to unlink a social media account from your PUBG MOBILE account, you need to log into that PUBG MOBILE account as it is only possible to unlink the social media account through in-game through your Account settings.
