Why am I still sometimes getting the blinking `_` after reinstall while booting into game mode?
I didn't layer anything, install nix, or edited
/etc files myself. This is on steam deck 512 gigs lcd edition.2 Replies
I think I have this issue as well - it’s been very intermittent, and I’m not sure how to reproduce it. But a few times I’ve booted the machine up and got nothing after the initial boot. Pretty sure there was a blinking cursor in the corner. I think something made me think gamescope crashed one of the times? Not confident in that though. I just reboot it, and it works on the next try.
I assumed I had broke something on my end- but I’ll try to look into it more next time it happens.
Anything you can do to consistently reproduce this and collect logs would be helpful
